Localdatingusa connects American men with Asian women across 33 nationalities, which means our community spans dozens of cultural backgrounds, languages, and traditions. Treating every member with dignity is not optional - it is the standard that makes genuine connection possible.

- Consent Always - Respect boundaries. If someone declines your interest, accept their decision gracefully and move on without pressure or hostility.
- Constructive Engagement - Contribute positively to conversations. Encourage, compliment genuinely, and build others up rather than tearing them down.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Localdatingusa enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. Our anti-scam team monitors activity 24/7 and investigates every report within hours. The following behaviors result in immediate action:

- Threatening or abusive language - Any message intended to intimidate, demean, or frighten another member
- Unwanted sexual advances - Sending explicit messages or images without clear, mutual consent
- Stalking behavior - Repeatedly contacting someone who has blocked you or asked you to stop
- Hate speech - Slurs, discriminatory remarks, or derogatory comments based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
- Doxxing or privacy violations - Sharing another member's personal information without their consent
- Manipulation or coercion - Using emotional pressure, guilt, or deception to control another person's behavior
Profile Authenticity Requirements
Authentic profiles are the foundation of a trustworthy dating platform. Every member earns trust by representing themselves honestly. Our multi-step verification process - including photo verification, email confirmation, and optional government ID verification - helps maintain this standard.
- Use your real first name or a commonly used nickname - no impersonation of other people
- Provide accurate age, location, and relationship status information
- Complete email verification during registration to confirm your identity
- Earn a verification badge by completing our photo or video verification process
- State your genuine relationship intentions - whether seeking friendship, dating, or marriage
- Update your profile promptly if your circumstances change (location, relationship goals, availability)
Photo Guidelines
Your photos are the first impression other members have of you. We require photos that are clear, recent, and genuinely representative of who you are today.

Prohibited Content and Behavior
To maintain a safe and authentic community, the following content and behaviors are prohibited on Localdatingusa:
- Spam and unsolicited promotion - Sending mass messages, advertising products or services, or posting commercial links in messages or profiles
- Scam activity - Requesting money, financial information, or attempting romance scams of any kind
- Impersonation - Creating fake profiles or pretending to be someone you are not, including using another person's photos
- Explicit content sharing - Distributing pornographic material, unsolicited intimate images, or graphic content
- Hate speech and discrimination - Content that promotes hatred, violence, or prejudice against any individual or group
- Illegal activity - Any content or behavior that violates local, state, or federal law, including solicitation of illegal services
- Underage usage - All members must be at least 18 years old. Misrepresenting your age to circumvent this requirement is grounds for immediate removal
- Multi-account abuse - Operating multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate other members, or inflate activity
How to Report Violations
Every member plays a role in keeping our community safe. If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, reporting it is quick, confidential, and makes a real difference.
Identify the Violation
Navigate to the profile or message that concerns you. Take note of the specific behavior - screenshots are helpful but not required.
Use the Report Button
Click the report icon on the member's profile or within the conversation. Select the category that best describes the violation from our dropdown menu.
Provide Details
Add a brief description of what happened. The more context you provide, the faster our team can investigate and take action.
We Investigate Within 24 Hours
Our dedicated anti-scam and moderation team reviews every report. You will receive a follow-up notification about the outcome. All reports remain confidential.
Consequences of Guideline Violations
We enforce a progressive discipline framework to ensure fairness while protecting our community. The severity of the response matches the severity of the violation.
Level 1: Warning
First-time minor violations result in a formal warning with clear explanation of which guideline was broken and how to correct the behavior.
Level 2: Temporary Suspension
Repeated minor violations or a single moderate violation leads to a 7-to-30-day account suspension. Access is restored after the suspension period with a final warning.
Level 3: Permanent Ban
Severe violations - including harassment, scam activity, hate speech, or illegal behavior - result in immediate and permanent account termination with no appeal.
