You retain ownership of your original content and may remove it by deleting your profile or contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO LOCALDATINGUSA.COM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
